Nature of Services
Dr. Prison provides consulting and coaching services based on lived experience in the federal prison system. Our services are NOT:
- Legal advice or representation
- Therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
- Medical advice
- Guarantees of any specific outcome
For legal matters, consult a licensed attorney. For mental health concerns, consult a licensed mental health professional.
No Attorney-Client Privilege
Communications with Dr. Prison are NOT protected by attorney-client privilege. Dr. Patrick Fisher is not an attorney. While we treat communications as confidential, they may be subject to legal process.
No Guarantees
The federal criminal justice system is unpredictable. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to: facility designation, release dates, hearing results, or program eligibility.
Payment Terms
- Single sessions: Payment at time of booking
- Packages: 50% due at booking, balance before final session
- Retainers: Billed monthly in advance
- Cancellations: 24-hour notice required; late cancellations may be charged
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Prison's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
